GT32 sends the status of 8 pushbuttons and 3 rotary switches, plus 2 further pushbuttons on free contacts, over a freely configurable CAN connection; two optional carbon-fibre paddle shifters use a precise magnetic system.
Buttons and rotary switches can be set as momentary, toggle or multi-status, each with programmable RGB backlighting (frame and icon, solid or one of two blinking modes); optional paddle shifters work via CAN messages or free contacts, the wheel connects to any ECU over CAN, and it can remember its ON/OFF state across power cycles.
GT32 comes in two versions — Expansion, wired into a PDM32/PDM08 power distribution module, and Standalone, which connects via CAN to any ECU or master and is configured over USB-C — both set up through RaceStudio 3.
Every pushbutton's LED is fully programmable, and each button can behave as momentary, toggle or multi-status, stepping through a set of values. Math channels can drive the RGB LEDs directly, holding them solid or making them blink at whichever frequency and brightness is chosen. A CAN Output lets each button's data stream be customised — byte allocation, data length, byte order, and a 1-100 Hz update rate. Replaceable inserts and fully replaceable, ergonomic polyurethane grips let the wheel be tailored to the driver.
Versions
- GT32 Standalone — connects via CAN to any ECU/master, configured via USB-C
- GT32 Expansion — configured as expansion of PDM32/PDM08
