ECUMASTER GPS TO CAN V2

GPS TO CAN V2

GPS TO CAN V2 is ECUMASTER's high-accuracy positioning module, reporting location over the CAN bus at a 25 Hz update rate.

Update rate
25 Hz
Navigation systems
GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou (used simultaneously)
Antenna
External, active antenna with a magnetic base included
Motion sensing
Built-in 3-axis accelerometer and gyroscope; delivers speed, position, heading, altitude, accelerations, and angular velocities
Output
All GPS data transmitted via CAN bus
Compatible use
Intended to work with the ADU display/logger for real-time lap timing, predictive timing, and post-session data analysis with track map visualization
Product details

It draws on four navigation constellations at once, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou, and ships with an external active antenna on a magnetic base. A built-in three-axis accelerometer and gyroscope add speed, heading, altitude and acceleration data alongside position, all sent over CAN.

ECUMASTER designed it to pair with the ADU display/logger for real-time and predictive lap timing plus post-session analysis with a track map.

Versions

  • GPS to CAN Autosport (Autosport-connector version)

ECUMASTER WHEEL SPEED TO CAN

WHEEL SPEED TO CAN

Wheel Speed to CAN reads a car's existing wheel-speed sensors and puts the data on the CAN bus without touching the ABS signal.

Key features
Supports up to 4 magnetoresistive / VR / Hall sensors; CAN 2.0A/B (125, 250, 500, 1000 kbps), customizable messages and data format; free firmware upgrades; configurable via CAN BUS
Product details

ECUMASTER notes that tapping directly into the active magnetoresistive sensors used by most modern ABS systems risks introducing faults, so this module reads the signal without disrupting it, passing wheel-speed data to dashboards, loggers and ECUs while leaving the anti-lock system fully working. It can also serve as an expansion module where an ECU lacks enough inputs to wire all four sensors directly.

ECUMASTER CAN THERMAL CAMERA

CAN THERMAL CAMERA

ECUMASTER's CAN Thermal Camera reads tyre or brake-disc temperature without contact and reports it over the CAN bus.

Accuracy
Error less than 3°C
Measurement points
Up to 16 points per tyre
Temperature range — tyre sensor
0° to 255°C
Temperature range — brake disc version
Up to 950°C
Data frequency
Up to 50 Hz over CAN bus
CAN configuration
Flexible, user configurable CAN stream; fully accessible configuration allows multiple sensors per car without message ID clashes
Product details

ECUMASTER states the sensor is accurate to within 3°C and reads up to sixteen points across a tyre, covering 0-255°C for the tyre version or up to 950°C for the brake-disc version, streamed at up to 50 Hz over a configurable CAN message so several units can share a car without ID clashes.

Versions

  • Tyre temperature sensor (0-255°C)
  • Brake disc version (up to 950°C)
