HEL Performance produces a range of oil system components used across both motorsport and road driving.

HEL carries out CNC machining in-house across its oil system component range, giving it direct control over manufacturing quality. HEL states this supports durability even in demanding conditions.

This CNC-machined billet bracket is built for MAC 35-Series boost control solenoids, giving a secure, low-profile mount on bulkheads, firewalls, custom panels or other brackets. The compact shape leaves all three ports fully accessible while holding the solenoid firmly, keeping wiring away from snagging, vibration and heat fatigue — suited to engine bay installations.

The bracket has a recessed 6mm diameter hole near the top, giving a strong, accessible fixing point. Once the solenoid sits behind the retaining strap, two 3mm diameter threaded holes at the base take the supplied hardware through the solenoid body for a neat, secure, low-profile fit.

The HEL Solid Billet Turbo Inlet Pipe Heat Sink is built for the FL5 Civic Type-R. It is designed in-house by HEL and CNC-machined from solid billet aluminium.

The heat sink has a raised rib design intended to help lower inlet temperatures. It also carries a durable anodised finish for a clean appearance.

HEL states each heat sink is inspected at its UK facility before dispatch. A hand-painted HEL logo is included.

The turbo oil return drain flange is designed to keep oil return flow unrestricted. CNC-machined from aluminium alloy, it has a thick base built to resist warping and leaks under demanding conditions.

A funnel-shaped inlet promotes smooth oil discharge, cutting the chance of oil backing up and supporting turbo life. An integrated o-ring seal replaces a traditional gasket, reducing leak risk and simplifying fitting.

This flange is not compatible with turbochargers using a 61mm bolt hole spacing.

The standard bleed block fitted to VAG 6-speed manual gearboxes is plastic and can flex noticeably when bleeding the clutch. HEL's solid billet aluminium block is designed to address this.

The standard plastic damper is left out, giving an unrestricted block with faster, freer fluid transfer. HEL states this firms up clutch feel between gear changes for a sportier driving character.

Supplied ready to fit, including a stainless bleed nipple, dust cap, o-rings and clips.

Offered with a red or black anodised finish, plus an optional hand-painted HEL logo in red or black.

This block is manufactured in-house at HEL's facility in Devon, England, machined from solid aluminium.
