CS55 Racing Kart launched in 2024 through a partnership between OTK Kart Group and Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz, who raced for several OTK-built teams earlier in his karting career, taking the 2008 CIK-FIA Asia-Pacific title and the 2009 Monaco Kart Cup in KF3. The line carries his name across chassis, bare frames and accessories, produced at the same Prevalle facility as the rest of the group's brands.

Current range

CS55 MY 2025

The CS55 MY 2025 grew out of the tie-up between OTK Kart Group and Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz, and remains the range's top chassis in shifter, direct-drive and DD2 form on a 30 mm-tube frame. This update keeps the model's proven manufacturing process while adding a set of new engineering details from OTK.
