Tony Kart carries OTK Kart Group's original name, dating back to Italian karting's earliest competitive years in the 1960s. Its move from a small workshop into a full manufacturer took shape in the 1980s, the same period that fixed the brand's now-familiar green livery. Tony Kart credits three-plus decades alongside its own racing squad for feeding lessons straight back into the karts sold to customers, all engineered and built inside OTK's own Prevalle facilities.

Tony Kart Racer 401 T
The Racer 401 T is Tony Kart's long-serving top-range chassis, on track under that name since 2004 and credited by Tony Kart with more than ten world titles across its lifetime. For this update, OTK's engineers focused on the braking hardware (BWD for single-gear classes, BWZ for shifter classes), a new aluminium chain tensioner mounted on the bearing support, new M11 bodywork, and a refreshed sticker kit.
