The VTS targets top-level national and international OK racing, FIA's master direct-drive class, succeeding the two-time world-winning DTS. Vortex carried over that engine's light weight, compact packaging and ease of use, and added a reworked exhaust valve for better low-rev response along with the paired crankcase boring process used across the current range.
